It’s truly incredible how backward you can get thing Ramirez. Hate to tell you but the majority of the country agrees that they’re just exercising their constitutional rights. Let me know how the “fans” boycott goes.

Have to agree with WLLY, none of the other fans I know care a lick about this issue. We just want to see the games played and if some players want to express concern before the game for cops killing innocent and unarmed black men then go fore it. We’re good with it. The issue here should be cops killing people not the peaceful protesters. Amazing how the more conservative twerps keep this alive the more people are joining and supporting the protesters.

As long as you let your self be ‘owned’ by someone, you have to do what they say.

And I think Mr. Ramirez picked the Dallas Cowboys colors! HAHAHAHAHAHA!

‘Trump can’t divide this’: Cowboys, along with owner Jerry Jones, kneel before anthem in Arizona"

I see Mikey has swallowed wholesale Trump’s oversimplified version of this manufactured issue. Mikey also probably buys that POW trashing, draft dodging Donny should be lecturing the country about patriotism.

There are some fans out there that do feel this way. Actually the last comment I got from one, when I opined that what the players are protesting, is important, and that they are being peaceful, and, actually, respectful, and just wanting the country that they (and I) love, to keep its promise of “Liberty and JUSTICE for ALL” was “Blah blah blah (etc)” I can only assume that said commenter and her pals that feel that the neo-Nazis in Charlottesville were “fine people”, are unrepentant raging racists…

Not having watched a football game since 1961, don’t care much about the NFL, but as a combat veteran, disabled, who believes in free speach, and the Constititution, I support the players standing up for protecting the lives and freedoms of ALL Americans. The idiot “fans” who spit on the flag by ignoring what it stands for, should leave the country.

Ramirez manged to miss the part about what the protest is about. It certainly isn’t the nationalistic useless pledge. It is about mostly white cops killing black Americans out of proportion to their numbers.

Only time will tell if the drop in NFL tv ratings continue. The people who dislike the kneeling and sitting down don’t riot in the streets or scream and yell they demonstrate by not watching the games or buying the merchandise. And to call them racists just shows how one sided some of the comments above are.

When the blacks stop committing most of the crime, we’ll stop shooting them. They point a gun in my direction or not do what I tell them to do, they can start trying to heal. It’s amazing that blacks are only 17% of the population, but commit 92% of the crime. How is that for “amazing stats”? The NFL players say it is because of “inequality”. I think their wages are out of line. Why don’t they give some of their millions to those that live in the ghetto and they can make $100K a year and be more equal. Not going to happen. They are a bunch of over paid prima donas that complain about every thing. Shut the hell up and play football or get out.

@CHEV.JAMES – The best explanation I have heard. Thank you for being very able to put it into words.
