Tut tut tut, this is why you shouldn’t be too overconfident… From the look of confidence on Dee Dee’s face, I think she found a lot of juicy gossip.

I get the comic effect of the last panel, but when it comes to such matters I have to draw the line at atomic wedgie. Shaking a kid smaller than you is, to me, a little over the top. Pulling his drawers up over the top of his head, now that’s perfectly acceptable. I guess it’s the way I was raised.

Here’s a good one: Nate Wright, former P.S. 38 gossip columnist gets his job stolen by Dee Dee, a much better columnist who’s stories are not insulting to teachers and that are actually true.

If Nate hides from Dee Dee while gathering gossip, he might still have a chance.

Considering Nate’s emotional state right now, he is already done for.

Dee dee makes for the most annoying boring storylines

Sigh it’s the same old thing every day same drawings same backgrounds, colors, etc. The try too hard gags that have run their course. This comic definitely isn’t what it used to be and it’s gotten horrendously boring. This comic is so repetitive and driven into the ground. No wonder none of the old guys comment anymore, they outgrew it because big nate sucks now. It’s the truth
