Actually, for once Ralph is NOT the weirdest one in the comic.
I have to agree that this is one of the ugliest ways one can disfigure oneself. Even worse than excessive tattoos, which have also never looked good on anyone.

Before getting a tattoo or piercing try to imagine how you’ll look in 20, 20, 40 years when everything is sagging.
I totally don’t get the whole “Hole in the Ear” thing.
Ear Gauges are okay up to a certain size.But if you have one THAT big, what do you expect people to do?
