How, with two mutually exclusive, self-serving, opposing, but entrenched, parties will we ever escape from minority rule and get to the essential issues that are continually being deferred?
Donald John Trump may NOT be a racist – I keep reading that he is not in posts by his apologists. I suspect, however, that this is merely an attempt to keep from being co-branded by association. One thing that is beyond question, however, is the fact that Donnie ‘idolized’ and attempted to emulate his father, Fred, and Fred was an unequivocal, undeniable and unabashed Bigot and Racist. His life was replete with instances of racism and bigotry as documented in the civil rights complaints filed against him as well as his New York police files! You may argue that Donnie is not his father, and that may well be true, but this is more an argument of ‘semantics’ rather than facts!
It’s rather like claiming that Kublai Khan is nothing like Genghis Khan. This would be viewed as being ‘technically’ true, while, at the same time, being known as “nitpicking” to tens of thousands of indigenous chinese victims!
