Omar serves well as an example of cowardice for not firing a useless employee. Doesn’t matter if its his nephew or even his son, he is stealing Rods money. I fired my own sister because she was unsuited to the job and thought she could act like Omar because close relative. She was greatly surprised when I fired her. But if I hadn’t, the other employees would have copied her work habits. Then I would not have had a business any more
