The dogs behind my back fence have been announcing the apocalypse for a couple of years. I guess these things can take time.
But incessant yapping has existed as long as dogs have. So DennisinSeattle is right, the apocalyse is any minute now…
My dog calls it a territorial apocalypse. Runs when the vacuum is going off, barks at every neighbor saying hi, but has yet to destroy the mail.
So either the end of the world, or a squirrel…
