You would be surprised. Some of those tiny houses cost as much as a regular-sized house! I got curious one day and went to one of those websites that custom makes tiny houses. You can go crazy with the options and decor and the next thing you know you’re dropping over a $100k and that’s before buying the plot of land you’ll need to build it on!
No weirdo hippy, the tiny house bit is a fad started so they could make a TV show about it and make big bucks. What a joke on humanity. And if you want to downsize buy a Park Model home better made and cheaper.
Stingy corporate CEOs would rather pay congresspersons to keep minimum wage low, rather than pay their employees a decent living wage. So millennials can’t afford a normal sized house.

Tiny houses are just tiny trailers with face lifts. Better to get an honest trailer and get some real value, stigma be damned.
