Wait until you get a load of the Republican ‘tax reform’ plan. Here comes the flat tax. What could be better? A huge tax cut for the wealthy and a huge tax increase for the poor. The Republican wet dream!
Simple solutions to complex problems do not work, especially if they’re based on politically ideology instead of reality based concepts .. (e.g.) not even considering the people you don’t like as part of the solution.
The current administration and GOP Congress’s hallmark are farce and slapstick. They started as a raucous obstruction party during the Obama years. As the president attempted to pull the country out of recession and help the middle class the noisy Congress would keep interrupting his efforts. Now the official “Three Stooges” are using their popularity as leverage, the demand for lower taxes is so great they are refusing to do anything unless the country also agrees to their mediocre legislation.
Hopefully, the disaster created by the Obstructionist Party and the Disaster-in-Chief can begin to be repaired in 2018,But I don’t have great hope fot that; I listened to a Donnie Supporter on a panel on a MSNBC shoe recently, and she was rhapsodizing about Donnie’s Infrastructure Plan! To the best of my knowledge, Donnie hasn’t submitted “squat” to Congress on Infrastructure!
Note to White House Staff: Have you guys hidden Donnie’s box of crayons, again? C’mon, give ’em back, guys – he needs ’em!
