As we know, Trump has always paid other people to do his thinking for him, and then take the credit. Yet these Kongressional Klowns don’t seem to be capable of intelligent thought anymore than Trump himself is.
The “competency” of the three individuals in the cartoon is very accurately depicted. None of the three has the “talent” to produce a completed ‘picture’ of this sort. One minor complaint with the depiction – given Trump’s megalomania, I suspect the signature on the canvas should be ‘yuuuuge’!
It has always been about repeal, no replacement. Never was anything else which is why after 8 years the Republicans had zip. The PPACA was their “other” and it was claimed by their hated black rival, Pres. Obama who they hated because he wasn’t white. Doesn’t matter that he is a Conservative, he is black and a Democrat. But mostly because he’s black. And so it goes.
