I thought the only other kid in Calvin’s neighborhood was Susie.

Yesterday’s Phoebe and her Unicorn also had a frightening pile of leaves bit.

Poor trees…they try to ensure an even layer of humus for the future, and them crazy humans just keep messin’ everything up!

I love how Calvin uses words like “arboreal”.

Ancient astronaut theorists suggest that it’s a strange leaf pile creature from outer space. It can only be subdued by using a rake and spreading it out on the ground…

Atta boy Calvin, another fine job undone.

Round up the usual suspect…

Use a mulching mower and mulch them all up.

What I want to see in the next GoComics update is that you’ll be notified if someone liked on respond to your comment.

Or maybe that happens already to insiders. I don’t know.

Why can’t they just leaf Calvin alone?

That is fun jumping into leaves but hard landing.

Back to work again, dad! This time keep Calvin out of the yard!

Evenly spread the leaves all around the yard? That’s a whale of a lot of physical labor – not at all like Calvin. It must have been somebody else!
