Trump and his lackeys are now engaging in a lot of tough talk and bluster, but in realistic terms there’s not much they can do with military force. The tough talk does no good if it doesn’t represent a credible action. It just makes Trump look like a stupid bully who talks big but can’t follow through. North Korea and Russia and China will simply note the hot air and keep on doing what they are doing.
