Wasn’t sure of the panel flows at first but I guess that bottom left panel shows Tarzan’s arms in motion knocking the two guys in the water and then going in with the main bad guy’s hands still around his throat. Confusing a bit. Oh well. Tarzan escapes again. Next storyline please!
