As the absolute monarch Donnie Dumpster proclaims himself, perjury can’t apply, just like any other law or the Constitution. Anyone familiar with tyrants like Saddam, Putin, or any of Trumpy’s bestest buddies and role models, knows that they make no “suggestions”, despite the phrasing, commandments are not requests.
