How many kids are actually depicted today?

There are four kids in each of the last two panels, but it appears that Roy “Relieves” the one shown holding the bat in Panel #3: That kid disappears, and an additional girl wearing open-toed shoes is added in panel #4.

So …

… five kids?

Uh Bea, your knowledge of baseball might be a little off, normally the basemen aren’t behind the batter. Regardless I like the kids, hope we see them again, of course anyone who likes baseball is okay by my book! ;)

Considering there are houses on both sides of the road … I´m just wondering how fast he will break a window.

So, is “noone” replacing “no one” just like “aswell” replaced “as well” and “alot” replaced “a lot”?

When I was a kid, I swung the bat and it slipped from my hands…. to break a glass door. That wasn’t so good. If the bases were in a straight line, I would have made a home run—easy!
