You don’t understand. The U.S. Constitution explicitly says everyone can have guns. It also says everyone gets the same rights under the law and protection from religious oppression but strict constitutionalists don’t care about unconstitutional garbage like that. So if someone SAYS a “Democrat is coming for your guns” (even though no gun legislation has been brought forward) then you can cry that your rights are being taken away – even while at the same time denying the rights of a disadvantaged minority. It’s absolutely brilliant, don’t you agree?!
Jack, no one was arguing gun control, it was just used as an example. Save your stats for someone who gives a crap.
Gotta say, though, if you’re arguing on the basis of keeping the government honest, I don’t think a few guns are gonna do it. Unless you have an F-22 or M1 in the garage…
By the way, jack, you neglected to point out that the USA has one of the highest rates of handgun deaths in the world, outside of lawless states like Somalia.
