The gardener should know that dandelion greens and blossoms are good to eat…full of vitamins. Mind you, I didn’t say that I liked them, but they are a vegetable.
Growing up in Chicago we would see Italian grannies dressed in black in the prairies (vacant lots) picking something…..maybe dandelions? We never knew.
Dandelion greens are delicious, the little yellow flowers are beautiful!!! And compared to other invasive plants they SERVE a purpose.And good evening Crew!

Dandelion greens are great. Our nana use to make dandelion wine. Maybe the dandelion SHOULD make the team!

Dandelions weren’t native to North America. They were transplanted here by Europeans as a food crop.
