At the Lan Su Chinese Garden in Portland, OR I saw a shaved-headed guy in a hoodie sitting in one of the buildings and my first impression was Buddhist monk.
I heard that there is an order of monks that sells potatoes. They’re known as, ready, Chip Monks. Ducking!
