For someone fluent in at least three or four languages and functional in others, I don’t think language is the problem. The cardinals’ unwillingness to listen is a more likely problem.

Based on what I just saw in a bookstore, he’s just advertising his book “God’s Name is Mercy”.
Although, try telling that to a victim of a tsunami, earthquake or fire…
