I hate the time change. I retaliate by closing the office the day after and having later hours for the next two weeks. Personally I go to bed earlier for two to three weeks before the change and make sure to increase my protein and decrease the carbs in my diet. And sex, the Mrs and I increase our activity. Your results might vary, but this works for us.

I really like it when the USA clocks go forward – all the 4 to 5 meetings finish at 4pm for a couple of weeks until UK ones go forward
