In panel #6, “In the end, I took it out on Satchel”. This is the one thing from Bucky I’ve ever had no trouble believing, because he takes everything out on Satchel.
From previous cartoons you know they live not on the first floor of an apartment building. So, 1) isn’t there someone who does this for the building? and 2) ….well, you can see Satchel is standing on solid ground.
