My dad's thinking of having me work with him at his construction company, my mom says. I'd be using power tools, of course manly stuff, electric shovels and stuff. Is there any such thing as an electric shovel? Oh, uh... Gas powered yeah. I knew that.

Yes, there is such a thing as an electric shovel, but they are huge and used in mining operations. They would be a little much for a construction site.
