Phoebe will be sparkling the same amount too, but for very different reasons.

Old habits die hard as they say.

The sparkles really suit Marigold.

Phoebe has gone up, in Marigold’s estimation, having told Phoebe she would make a fine unicorn. Early in the comic strip, Phoebe told Marigold that if she were a unicorn, she wouldn’t use the Spell of Boringness, and she would poke people with her horn. Marigold replied, “There may be a reason why you are not a unicorn.”

We all change, Phoebe, weather we want to or not.

You have good loving tolerant parents.

I’ll bet that your changes will be good.

I suspect we will see very little physical change for Phoebe for years to come.

At least they’re not the only ones not changing.
