Pouring what’s basically an alcohol mixture on an open wound? If that don’t wake the patient up, nothing will.
The wound has probably clotted over already and the Old Oak is on his way to recovery. A little longer for an old timer but a couple weeks, scab falls off, a scar and he’s good to go.
Didn’t we also discuss Tarzan’s “sinews” a while back about something else?
