Mom: I think she noticed it snowed.
Dad: Maybe if we put the school closings on the radio, she'll pause and take a breath.
We get snow here but because of the seasons shifting by a whole MONTH or so, winter snow usually arrives after Christmas and spring is always a month late. So for me, snow is a big thing here in New Mexico. Mostly because no one can drive around here in the snow worth anything but the pizza delivery people. lol! :)
