My wife is a community health nurse working on a grant with refugees. First of all, there is a difference between refugee status, asylum status and immigrant status which most Americans (especially Tumpites) are ignorant. The vetting that refugees have to go through can take years – I trust them more than I do some of my neighbors. I doubt that the cute, 6-year-old former-Syrian (now American) girl I see on a routine basis is a terrorist.-—-Anyway, my wife’s emails are chock full of Arabic names. I am sure the FBI is watching them.

It is not the FBI you have to worry about when it comes to your emails. The FBI has broken a pattern followed even this summer. Now they are trying to analyze a cache of emails since Comey’s revelation. Obama has criticized the FBI’s decision to inform Congress about the discovery. Abedin’s testimony could come back to haunt her as scrutiny has intensified amid wild speculation about emails. So far no one has the facts, but there sure are a lot of experts.

Of course that means they are watching her, which means they are watching you. I don’t have to worry about this means they are watching me. When the Freedom of Information Act went into effect, I asked to see what the government had on me. State mentioned a passport application (never used). CIA said they had nothing. FBI wanted a pile of dossier type information and I told them I wanted to know what they had, not to give them more. They said it would take six weeks to find my file. Two months later, they said they found the file and it would take six week to copy it. Two months later, they said they had no file on me.
