Sadly, this comic is in bad form today. We recently had two officers gunned down in ambush attacks in Iowa. So, this is the one of the few times where GoComics and The Argyle Sweater got it wrong. An officer losing their life should not be a punchline, whether the circumstance is fictional or not.
