A young man asked the village elder, who names all the children: “Tell me, wise elder, how do you choose the names for the children?” Elder replies, “When I hear of the birth, I look at the natural world. I may see Blossoms on Chestnut, or Moon over Mountain, or Salmon Leaping. But tell me, Two Dogs F***ing, what makes you so interested?”

A ripoff of the Far Side. Names Dogs give themselves: “Rexor The One Who Goes By Night to His Neighbor’s Yard,” and “She-Rah, Destroyer of Chickens and Stainer of Persian Rugs!”
