Interesting toon, if you go back to Grimm’s tales, the endings were bloody morality tales. Where a movie like “Pretty Woman” was re-written so the prostitute doesn’t die (like in the story) but she ends up with the rich man instead (like in the movie). Even fairy tales got their Hollywood endings and everyone lives happily ever after. Now even our fairy tales have happy endings and in our modern age, when we tuck our kids into bed our fairy tales end with everyone happy. Now you take a look at Brad and Angelina, and the Hollywood ending has become one of families that can not stay together. It took about 200 years, but the meaning of “Fairy tale ending” and “Hollywood” ending have flipped. (yes I intentionally skipped the word couple for this, thanks for reading)

sueamarlucanReal fairy tale ending. His wife gets an Oscar he would never earn, so he dumps her for an adoring starlet who will never be a threat. At least he only had two; Trump passed that long ago, with likely more yet to come.
