Let me preface this little note with the following:
I despise Donald Trump from the depths of my soul to the breadth of my being, but . . .
I feel kind of sorry for Melania. She is not the sharpest knife in the drawer (seen her interviewed before), but had the good sense to be born pretty. Met a rich dirt bag, climbed on the gravy train and only wanted to live her life in luxury and comfort. The price? Sprout a brat.
She did it and now she is being asked to think and respond to complex issues that her overbearing dirt bag of a husband can’t comprehend. Is she trainable for a performance? Maybe, kind of, sort of. But is this what she wanted? Not so sure.
Actually, memory of the event is different as I was on a back country trail and a guy had a little “first edition” Sony TV with about a two inch screen, and we watched the landing via a repeater bringing the signal to the backcountry.(If you found exactly the right spot!)
