This just happened to me a couple months ago. Fortunately, once inside the car veered right, while i was to the left. He finally stopped when hit the brick wall on the side, and was unable to blast back out of the building.
Back around 1970, just before the first Mickey D’s opened in the town where I went to HS, someone missed the corner at a ridiculous rate of speed and put in a drive-thru that hadn’t been planned, just like in this panel.
