Amerikastani Exceptionalism, ladies and gentlemen. The Imperialist States, the One Indispensable Nation, that’s further seeing, taller standing, and stands for Truth, Justice and the Amerikastani Way.

Are there more rapes or more reported rapes. In any case attitudes by many have not changed it seems. The rapist is given preferential treatment. Then I imagine some accusations are not true.

Binge drinking, drugs, dry spells and everyone else is doing it are not excuses to rape another person. There is no excuse for a judge letting someone off for raping another person. When a rapist is found guilty, they should be sentenced according to the law, not according to their potential. A black person in the vicinity could get shot down by the cops, blamed and have a harsher sentence applied. Justice should truly be blind, the color of your skin or the size of your wallet should not come into play in our justice system. Of course a system for white men, by white men, greased by money is a tough one to break through, any time you include anyone else in their club they cry reverse-discrimination

NeedaChuckleAbout the same for murder, as exonerations after two or three decades in prison have shown. Therefore don’t prosecute your murder.

Most rape is a crime of violence and dominance, NOT “sex”. Whether drugs or weapons, rapists are typically weaklings with “power issues”. In the case of famous folks, using postition or drugs, it’s a power play again, not just “sex”. ACtors, athletes, politicians, all professions of ego and privilege, taking advantage in many cases of the gullible who indeed DO make themselves “victims”. Still not right, but it is different than a rape on the street, or dorm room.

As a high level college swimmer, six months is really appropriate . . . six months in a shark tank

When asked why I oppose the death penalty for rape, the old “What if it was your wife or daughter” argument came up. I pointed out that I would like a little time with the guy so that every morning for the rest of his miserable life, he would pray to die! Rape with murder is different matter. Still don’t like the death penalty, as the Number one crime we keep seeing innocent folks freed through DNA evidence, is rape. Yes, typically black guys, who may not have even been in the state where the crime was committed. A friend in Georgia was arrested in Alabama in that manner, he was at his mom’s funeral when the robbery occurred, but 16 “witnesses” said he did the crime. Interestingly, a call from another friend to HIS personal friend, Governor George Wallace, got our buddy released.
