I was driven house to house because I lived in the country so I never found the fun of being disguised going door to door. Everyone knew me by the vehicle I was driven in, but the one big benefit was almost all the treats were homemade and because you knew who made them you didn’t have to worry about it. I miss Mrs. |Ramsey;s popcorn balls the most.
Circus peanuts were the last of the candy left in the Halloween haul, somehow managed to get them down with little or no complaints – hey, you get desperate when you get to the bottom of the bag!

Still don’t understand why this strip is always several months off. This would be so much funnier if it were actually Halloween.
