In one small Midwestern village I lived in many years ago, it was an honor to be TP’d. If you didn’t get hit at least once, you probably weren’t very well liked.
Costco spends a lot of time and money to get those rolls just right. We would go through one of those 24 packs every two months before the girls went to University. They are coming home for the holiday. I need to plan a trip to Vancouver and hit the Costco.
