Considering that one third of the Senate is up for re-election, mostly Republicans, this year by the GOP’s ‘logic’ these Senators are lame ducks and should not be allowed to have a say in the running of the country. After all Mitch, let’s give the country a chance to speak out about the Party of No’s obstructionism.

If the president is past his second year – he shouldn’t do anything because there might be a different opinion and he’s so close to the 3-year mark how can we trust the voters didn’t change their mind? Why do we even need a president when the Senate and Congress are looking out for our best interests?

McConnell was already a lame quack the day he was elected.

There is no such thing as The Biden Rule that Mitch keeps quoting, he is a liar.Obama is not a lame duck, that won’t happen until after the election.Republicans are partisan obstructionists.

But Bork got a hearing and a vote. In the hearing he showed why he was unfit to be a justice. As a staunch believer in the “unitary executive” theory, Bork was the guy Nixon went to to fire Archie Cox because Bork believed the president should have all the power. In fact Bork was the model example of all the republican complaints about Obama’s “imperial presidency” (which is also a load of bollocks).
