A feud (pronounced /ˈfjuːd/) (referred to in more extreme cases as a blood feud or vendetta or faida) is a long-running argument or fight between parties—often, through association fallacy, groups of people, especially families or clans. Feuds begin because one party (correctly or incorrectly) perceives itself to have been attacked, insulted or wronged by another. Intense feelings of resentment trigger the initial revenge, which causes the other party to feel equally aggrieved and vengeful. The dispute is subsequently fuelled by a long-running cycle of retaliatory violence. This continual cycle of provocation and retaliation makes it extremely difficult to end the feud peacefully. Feuds frequently involve the original parties’ family members and/or associates, can last for generations and may result in extreme acts of violence.

Don’t worry, they just reported $10 billion will be a tax write-off, thank you, George and Dick!! What’s the difference between “oil men” and tar balls— one set has no balls. (That’s the three piece suits that REALLY run the operations and take the money, not the guys/gals on the rigs btw.)

Yep, thanks a pantload, BushCo! The NeoCons and their not-so-invisible hands of the free market have slapped us yet again. The saddest part: We won’t remember this in a year. Worse still, there are pro-BeePee and pro-oil drilling factions hyping up the Gulf Coasters as you read this.

And those residents are going for it. What else do they have? An industrial base capable of making oil-free cars? Solar panels? Drilling equipment capble of creating geothermal jobs? Nooooope.

Some of us get what we deserve; all of us deserve what we get.

they should have to pay the 20 bil taxes AND suck up the bill for this. and don’t just beat on obama for his not-so-hot ideas either. i remember neighbors killing their families and committing suicide, some setting their structures on fire, others murdering their bankers after Reagan nearly ruined americas farming industry during the reaganomics disaster. put another republican in and just sit back and watch. americans have short memories, if you weren’t the one ruined or injured by your own government. You all ain’t seen Jack, yet!

Well, ya know, the “extraordinary rendition” laws are still in effect.

so is the “Patriot Act”. Both are ever flexible.

So, what do these gods that walk among us drink? Surely, it’s not the same waters that they’ve been polluting!
