Soooo, that makes it ok?No, it does not.

And, more importantly, they did not SEND secret/classified information.

If receiving Classified Information is a crime, then I just need to send Mike Luckovich a “Secret” email. Boom, law broken, arrest the perpetrator.

The information wasn’t classified at the time. Look up “ex post facto” laws. It’s in the Constitution.

The constitution says you can’t make retroactive laws. These “secret” emails are retroactive. They were not classified when originally sent and now years later they have become top secret. Not only that, but because they are top secret, nobody can see what is in them. Talk about a scam!!!!

The point of the strip is to highlight the hypocrisy of the right. It’s ok for them, but indictable for Democrats. IOKIYAAR.

Rice and Powell?Oh yeah, I remember all the outrage and endless investigations.

Right. It’s OKAY If A Republican Does It.

Sometimes this entire secrecy classification thing works so much against reason it is almost a joke. Years ago, when I worked in an engineering group on the B1-A bomber project, we had hired a highly respected engineer that had done brilliant work on aircraft flight controls. As he no longer held a “Secret” clearance, and his original work had been reclassified as “Secret” he could no longer even view the very documents on this area, that he had originally written himself. So, until he could receive his “Secret” clearance (which he eventually did), he had to rewrite all of his own work, just think about the incredibly stupid waste that created!!

Evidence just backed what was widely known, they sent classified information they KNEW was classified at the time they sent it. Hillary has the unique position of having the data classified years AFTER she sent it. I’d still like to see all the exchanges Condi/Cheney/Rumsfeld and others had while setting in place all the lies to invade Iraq.

^^tom is expressing the Republican/Fox “news” viewer’s idea of taking responsibility.

You can see a small scale version playing out now in Michigan.

Colin Powell and top staffers for Condoleezza Rice received classified information through personal email accounts, according to a new report from State Department investigators // http://www.cnn.com/2016/02/04/politics/hillary-clinton-email-classified-colin-powell-condoleezza-rice/

note there is a difference in sending and recieving
