Antibiotics are no good for colds or ‘flu’, unless you have a secondary bacterial infection. Antivirals might help but they’re not very effective.

Any woman that uses the term “man flu” to describe a legitimate viral illness that her husband or boyfriend develops, and then uses the term “slight cold” to describe the same illness for herself has a martyr complex and needs professional help.
