The neighbor has a To-Do board, also. At the top of his now is buy a new Super Soaker and more Round-Up.

Even when our city has watering restrictions, our condo complex has a deal with the city and ours are supposed to continue the usual watering cycles. That really gets me angry. I turn mine off when I get mushrooms growing. I am very close to a pond and have a higher water table than most homes here. I convinced the new sprinkler guy in here and he cut my watering time per station down to 10 minutes instead of 30. It’s a start. I actually had a neighbor years ago complain to our condo board that my sprinklers were turned off during a drought. They were concerned that my lawn might turn slightly brownish and they didn’t think they wanted to look at it like that.

A water scofflaw!!
