If that is an actual antique Chippendale China Cabinet, someone will take it before the garbage men come along. Even if it is NOT, someone is likely to come along and take it home. Depends on what shape it is in. From my vantage point, it looks pretty good. I want to know why the Pennys do not take it themselves. Too stupid, I guess. On the other hand, if it is beyond salvage, most towns have a bulk pick-up. My town does and you can use it 4 times every year.

These days, no one wants that stuff. You can’t give it away. It’s been many decades since anyone’s had any interest in that old brown furniture, and the young don’t want anything they can’t get at Ikea and throw out when they tire of it or they move. On the other hand, I’ve rarely found anything that you can’t set out at the curb and have it dragged off by someone.

I used to live in a neighborhood where people would put things on the curb, knowing that somebody would grab it. This item would have been gone in less than two hours. lol
