The schools can’t invest more money in music. All of it went to build that new sports stadium and to hire that new coach who now makes 5 times more than the other teachers.
Or spend all of their time drilling kids in the answers to their standardized tests.
Even in the 70’s, I wanted to take strings, but the course was cancelled due to lack of students applying to take it.
