Kate: Danae... Daddy says to come home and leave "The Shed of Hope" alone. Lucy: Wait... I thought it was "The Shed of Doom." Danae: It is! Kate: There's a difference of opinion on what's locked inside the shed... I say it's something good, and Danae says it's something evil... But Daddy has another thought we didn't consider. Lucy: Oh? What's his take on it? Kate: We calls it "The Shed of Private Property," and it's filled with lawsuits for anyone opening it. Danae: I think that means he agrees with me.

Wait a minute! Who the shed belongs to on the private property? Did we notice anything with the sign for “No trepassing, this is a private property” around the shed in the woods???

Legally, they need written permission from the property owner to be there now. Of course they could be working for the Federal Gov’t and be making a raid under the “Patriot Act”. No permission or Search Warrant required!
