    My neighbor has a very ‘yappy’ small dog that barks all day while she’s at work. Doesn’t matter to me because I’m at work, too, but some others with small babies have had trouble getting the littles settled for naps.

    So, too bad there isn’t something like this. There’s something else, a training collar that sends out a high pitched sound that only a dog can hear when the dog barks. Probably people would think that was cruel, though…
