I had a little black kitten named Kellie. The second my alarm would go off, she would jump on the bed, burrow into my arms and snuggle. After about 5 minutes, she’d stop. I started setting my alarm 5 minutes earlier for her.
@yesterday:.Dsnerker – Happy belated anniversary, yourself!.Hildegard – Good idea, but we live in an apartment building. No yard, and only enough parking for 12 cars (2 per apartment). Mustangs ARE our older daughter’s favorite, tho..sbwertz, A Red Hatter, hippogriff & rekam – THAT’S the way to rock it! Definitely something to shoot for. In 2 weeks my parents are celebrating their 65th..Everyone – thanks for the well-wishes.
As soon as our cat heard our alarm clock, she’d be at the bedroom door meowing and trying to get in. Door didn’t fit all the way to the floor and we’d see her pawing with one leg.
My sweet little cat would try to make sure I didn’t miss getting up on time, meowing insistently. I would have to tell her it was the weekend, then she’d come back to bed to snuggle.
