Get them to a shelter, or contact a vet on how to bottle feed them. But above all, get them indoors, warm, dry, and safe from predators; and keep a watch for Momcat.

Generally only blue eyed white cats are deaf. Some cats who have one eye green, orange, or yellow and one blue are deaf on the blue side.
