My aunt & uncle had a lovely little cabin by a lake. Many a weekend I remember spending there with my family. I remember specifically one time when my grandmother took just me (and our dog, Daisy). No TV, just a radio…but it was wonderful.
We used to go to this one cabin on a lake in Georgia every year. When I wasn’t floating in the lake on an inner tube or fishing off the dock, I was busy spending time with the daughter of the family in the cabin near us. Much simpler time back then when one didn’t have responsibilities. O<|]:o)

The one cabin I was ever in with my parents I stepped on a scorpion. That’s all I recall of it.
