I got my first diary the Christmas after I turned 11. It was a 5-year diary, with each day only having about 5-6 lines. I wrote in it faithfully every day, but most of the first couple of years were: “Today was [fun, weird, boring, etc.]. I [went to school, went to a friend’s house, etc.] and I watched [TV show of the day]. Love, KC.”
I was told to keep one in one class. I was like Teena, nothing to write about. So I made up this story of post alien invasion Earth. Still didn’t work very well.
