    My guess Opal was knitting while watching TV in unison was so she wouldn’t fall asleep watching TV if she didn’t knit in unison.

    Old broken consoles make great tv stands. It’s called repurposing. My ex used to switch to his show, then fall asleep with the remote stuck in his armpit.

    Earl did right…learned his lesson..Never let Opal watch QVC late at night after she was imbibing.Stuff arrives at your door and Opal has no recollection of ordering it..
