Condescending stories approving of "Muslims fighting extremism" have become trite cliches. Can we sell books by switching it up? Woman: Here in the Muslim world, America is mostly synonymous with terrorism: drones, kidnapping torture, Guantanamo brutal bombing campaigns. You probably never heard of him. But one American cartoonist is taking on neocon extremists- its humor. Man: Christianity is a religion of peace. Sorta. Woman: Naturally, he receives death threats. But this dissident isn't deterred. Man: If I stay silent, the moronisms have won. Woman: Isn't that cute? Makes you just want to scratch him behind his treasonous little ears! Man: Call my speaking agent! I perform at EIDS!

OMG. Ted has starting simply running ads for himself. This is so pathetically sad..Yes, he’s the ONLY cartoonist who gets it. The rest of the world is out of step.

I’ve got death threats too. One can get worried or laugh at them. It’s more psychologically healthy to laugh at them.

Mr Rall should read what the US did after WWII at Nuremberg. Among those hanged was the leading cartoonist who had drawn the most popular (among the Germans) anti-US cartoons. And the US hasn’t gotten any lighter on cartoonists in the intervening 65+ years..Mr Rall’s only hope is from Scott Adams..http://dilbert.com/strip/2015-07-06
