You’d be surprised how long you can go when you perspire a lot and get dehydrated. I once weighed myself before and after a 7 mile jog on a day in the 80’s and I lost 7 pounds. Even just walking a couple of hours I get drinks a couple quarts of water after and not go most of the rest of the day.

Comic book tropes aside, if he fought for 6 hours, that would likely be hundreds of opponents. The Joker seems almost immune to being disgusted.
