I have always been convinced that the genius of a democracy is the random nature of elections. It’s not that we elect the best but we randomly elect somebody different often enough to keep who ever is in charge from consolidating power and turning the country into a dictatorship.
Jeb was in Europe to tell us that he’d seen into Radislaw Sikorski’s soul like his brother did with Putin.
“…but his most interesting meeting may be with the Radoslaw Sikorski, who resigned his speakership atop the Polish parliament Wednesday, one year after he compared Poland’s subservience to the U.S. to providing oral sex.
Bush said Thursday that meeting with Sikorski, who has strong ties to the west, was “appropriate”, and aides said that it had been long planned. Asked by CNN of Sikurski’s blastng of the U.S., Bush said he was “surprised”, but believed Sikurski was still a strong ally."
At this stage of the game, the voters aren’t paying attention let alone doing research. Only the political pundits really care, this early. (And Iowa’s economy will prosper from all that spending, but that’s a different matter entirely.)

Geez Louise! Bush me once, shame on you. Bush me twice, shame on me. Bush me THREE times, and, uh, Bush me — you can’t get fooled again…
